Rooibos is a native South African plant and is naturally caffeine-free and is commonly served like black tea, with some milk and sugar. This makes it a great alternative for an evening tea that won't keep you awake late into the night. To brew use 3-4 tsp in hot water (90C) and steep for 3-5 minutes. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
