A classic herbal blend, with a flavour that combines the spiciness of fennel with a fresh hit of Egyptian peppermint and a lingering liquorice finish. To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (90C) for 3-5 minutes. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
